Hotel Information
The Association has blocked off 95 rooms for June 24-27. A limited number are also available three days prior to the reunion, and three days afterwards, for the same rate. However, this is only based upon hotel availability. The reunion hotel is:

**Reservations cannot be made until Saturday, July 1, 2009.**
To receive the Association rates, you must identify your affiliation with the Richard S. Edwards Association when making your reservation. The hotel will not adjust room rates at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation when making reservations.
The hotel will make every effort to accommodate any special room requests (i.e. smoking, king size bed, etc.) Note: There are only 10 smoking rooms in the hotel. If you have a problem making your reservation, please contact Jack Turley.
Daily room rates during the reunion for one, two, three or four persons per room is $119.00 plus tax (currently at 13%) or $134.47. The discounted room rate is also available for June 21-23, and June 27-29. Check-in time is 3:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am. The cutoff date for making reservations is May 25, 2010.
RV parking is available for up to 20 spaces. The nightly charge is $50.00 plus tax (currently 13%). Hook-Ups are not available. If you would prefer to park your RV at a different location, please follow this link for a list of available RV Parks and Campgrounds.

Automobile or RV
- I-95N, take exit 12, make a right turn off ramp, hotel on your right
- I-95S, take exit 12A, make a right turn off ramp, hotel on your right
- Service to this airport is provided by: American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, Southwest, United and US Airways.
- Distance to the hotel from the airport is 2 miles
- Complimentary Airport Shuttle service to the Hotel
- Taxi is about $5.00 (one way)

- Distance to the hotel from the train station is about 12 miles

Registration
Reunion registration is $95.00 for crew members and $85.00 per guest. It includes a registration package for each family, buffet dinner at the banquet on Saturday night, and a breakfast buffet on Sunday morning (taxes and gratuities for all of the above are included). Registration will start at 4pm on Thursday and will roll over into the Welcome Reception from 5-9 PM (hors d'oeurves included). Click here for the Registration form.
Photographer
You can purchase an 8x10 picture of the group photo for $15.00. The photos will be delivered at the end of the banquet on Saturday night.
You can also purchase a 30-40 minute DVD of the reunion for $30.00. These can be either pre-ordered via the Registration form, or ordered at the banquet. This will be just like having your own "reunion booklet".
The photographer will be taking pictures during Friday's Boston tour, and Saturday's tour of Battleship Cove. Both are great locations for photo ops. If you get your photo taken by the photographer during either of the tours it will most likely be included in the DVD.
The photographer will also be taking group and couples pictures at the banquet. He offers the unique service of printing the pictures on the spot using a top-of-the-line, hi-definition photo printer.
